Start with the Right Foundation
Most home bakers don’t struggle with their bread.
They struggle with turning it into something consistent, structured, and sustainable.
Without a clear process, it’s easy to overproduce, underprice, or try to do too much too quickly, and it becomes overwhelming fast.
Cottage Kitchen Academy is designed to help you build a microbakery that actually fits your kitchen, your schedule, and your capacity.

“I didn’t even know where to start before this. Everything online felt overwhelming or unrealistic. This course broke it down into simple steps I could actually follow, and for the first time, starting a microbakery feels doable.”

Hi, I’m Dei
Hi, I’m Dei.
I’m the creator of Cottage Kitchen Academy and a full time microbaker.
What started as baking bread at home grew into a deeper understanding of what actually makes a microbakery work, not just in theory, but in real kitchens with real limitations.
I’ve spent time refining simple systems for production, pricing, and workflow so that baking can become something sustainable, not overwhelming.
Because the truth is, most home bakers don’t struggle with their bread.
They struggle with turning that bread into something structured, consistent, and profitable.
That’s the gap I focus on.
Through Cottage Kitchen Academy, I teach a calm, practical approach to building a microbakery, one that prioritizes clarity, simplicity, and intentional growth over hustle and guesswork.
